 David W. Schermer has specialized in Land, Land Sales, and Land Development since 1989. In that time, he has acquired extensive knowledge of the region, its land inventory, and land values. His entire professional career as a realtor and land developer based in Grand Rapids has focused on buying and selling land throughout the communities of West Michigan.
Having attended Michigan State University, David’s studies included Business Administration (BA) and Finance. He holds a Michigan Real Estate Brokers license (# 6502347370), a Michigan Building Contractors license (# 2101088719), and multiple professional designations including: GRI, CRS, LEED AP.
